  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Use of the Platform

  • Users agree to use the platform in compliance with Indonesian law.
  • Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information about their products.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements to purchase and use the products.

5. Payments

  • Sellers bring their own payment gateway.
  • Buyers pay directly to the Seller's payment gateway account.
  • UseKit is not responsible for any payment issues between Buyers and Sellers.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Sellers retain ownership of their content.
  • Users grant UseKit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Termination

  • UseKit reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
